We know that movement is very important to both the physical and mental health of the body. It is why physical education classes are mandatory in most schools in the US. However what do you do when you are suddenly the gym teacher? What do you do when the weather isn’t cooperating and you can’t just tell the kids to go outside and play?
This super fun game gets kids up and moving whether inside or out! It is easy to assemble and easy to play! It is great to help with hand-eye coordination and also gross and fine motor skills! Who could ask for more? My two daughters had so much fun playing this game that even my teenager asked if she could play! We played it on a sunny afternoon but I wanted my girls to stay on the deck and this did the trick. It can also be great inside on a rainy or cold day. I also have ideas to use this as one of the play stations at our annual family picnic. Watch this video and see if this game is a god fit for your family.

May 11, 2020Thanks for this post. It’s great to have a new idea on how to keep my daughter physically active during COVID-19! Even though we have space to play outside, our winter weather is really hanging on this year, so indoor activities are great too!
